What happens when companies read the same books, appoint the same consultants and agencies, follow the same trends, use the same tools and research techniques, benchmark the competition on R&D and personnel, and hire the same people?
This happens!
My humble advice?
Be different, be bold, be courageous, take very well calculated risks, be creative, be open to listening to others, not just hearing what they are saying, but actively listening and collaborating with team members, colleagues.
Have a vision, believe in the vision, work towards that unique vision.
Do the research but play around with ideas as well.
Always have a sketch book next to you, jot down ideas, thoughts, illustrations, graphs, and actually experiment with them.
Nothing created, especially in digital and tech, was invented before it was innovated.
